Our hand-pattied smash burgers are made from a grind of three favorite cuts - short rib, brisket, & chuck - sourced from 100% Appalachian black angus. Also featuring a selection of fresh salads and oversized sandwiches, with vegan, pescatarian, and gluten free options available.
If burgers are our meat and potatoes, then our milkshakes are just a second helping. Hand spun without exception, we use only the best vanilla bean ice cream, heavy cream, & whole milk, all piled high with confectionary creations that defy logic and reason - and we like it that way.
